Welcome to our website!
We are Grand Traverse Chorus, Traverse City's oldest vocal ensemble for women. Our purpose is to provide opportunity for women to sing, learn about music, and promote the barbershop musical style. We have a wonderful time singing and socializing together, and we're always looking to welcome new members to our fold. If you would like to join us, or you just want to see what we are about, we invite you to attend one of our regular Tuesday evening rehearsals.
Gearing up for our 2010 show!
Everyone fasten your seatbelts! Grand Traverse Chorus is gearing up to take you on a fantastic journey through blue skies and to the moon beyond. Our theme this year is women in aviation, and with such uplifting songs as "This Is The Moment", "You Raise Me Up", and "Blue Skies" -- just to name a few -- our 2010 show, Come Fly With Me, is sure to send your spirits soaring!

Traverse Chorus will be special guest men's a cappella ensemble, The Overtones, and
our own quartet -- the fabulous foursome -- Sashay. This will be a fun-filled musical event rich
